"The room needs some love put into it with that the view is beautiful. The pool closet, holding the chairs and umbrellas look like they’ve been there since the 1990’s rusty and moldy the toaster doesn’t work the toilet seat is broken. Room came with one roll of toilet paper and one trash bag had to buy myself The property is very well keeper staff very friendly restaurant was a plus the weather was a ten"

"Good, outside needs some work. Inside very well designed. Lots of nice person touches. On Marco Island there are no public locations for charging stations for EV cars. Also, we love to play steel tip darts, and couldn’t find a pub that had any dart boards. The kitchen is awesome. The designer 6 burner range made eating in a thrill. There was a great selection of spices and the quality of the knives was also impressive."
