"When I checked in Jade was so pleasant! She checked me in quickly and told me to be sure to ask her if I needed anything else. She gave me directions to places to eat and also the art center in the Redwoods. My room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay at the Surf Inn again!"

"This is a premium location with views north and south on the Mendocino coast. The living room/dining room is very cozy and comfortable and looks out over the deck out to the ocean. The master bedroom is downstairs with it's own bathroom and game room next door down a charming spiral staircase. Just outside the bedroom patio door is a lower patio and a hot tub. Everything is as pictured in the listing, but better than I expected. The location is a bit out of the way from populated areas, but still convenient to both Elk to the south and Albion/Mendocino to the north."

"Our room was so cozy and felt like being in a favorite aunt’s best guest room. The bed is a bit unwieldy in the room we were in (Evergreen) It’s very tall and the featherbed kind of sucks you into place and holds you there. However it was such a lovely stay and we will 100% be back. Do yourself a favor and get the muffins for breakfast with their excellent coffee drinks. We were thrilled."
