"The hotel was great. The low rating for personnel is low only because we rarely saw staff. You all preached about being quiet but our last two nights, the folks above us were extremely noisy. Our next trip we would request a room on the 2nd floor"

"Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast included. I dropped off my rental car (and grandson) at Airport (FCA) after checking in to Red Lion Hotel. I used Hotel shuttle back to Red Lion, stayed one night and used shuttle again to Airport for my morning flight. Hotel's preference is to book AP shuttle 24 hours ahead. I didn't know that but Hotel (Ali and driver) kindly accommodated me. "

"This place is simply adorable and welcoming. The rooms and decor are just perfect and the beds are super cozy. The laundry was a plus and the sauna and outdoor cold shower were extra plus plus. Perfect walk along the river to get to town. Love this place."
