Check-in was quick and the clerk was helpful. The room needed some attention. Carpet squares were loose. Lighting in the bathroom was poor and the fixtures were cracked. I am not a fan of microfiber sheets. Need 100% cotton sheets. The breakfast was hot and a good variety of foods.

Great beds, great people

I can’t say enough good things about the beds, pillows and bedding in general. After an eleven hour trip, it was heavenly to rest there. All staff on both shifts were great; especially the breakfast crew who were pleasant, happy and eager to help.

The bed was excellent! The service was great but it needs some work in the rooms. Some futures are rusted and look old the flooring I the room was coming apart and just looked dirty cause of the age of it. There was no soap in the bathroom.

Check in was easy. Room was nice, bathroom was not clean. There was pee on the bottom of the toilet. It was also nasty behind the bathroom door. On the bathroom wall something had run down the lower part of the wall.

The laundromat only had one washer and dryer. There was a sign that said for your convenience we sell detergent at the front desk. They did not have detergent nor did they have quarters for the machines. Overall, it was average cleanliness throughout, but the beds were very comfortable.

Christmas Eve Stop

We needed to stop to rest before continuing to our destination - it was Christmas Eve and this hotel was the perfect spot. Not only was it a great stopping point and area, the hotel was decorated beautifully for the holidays, so cozy, pretty and the staff were so friendly, too. At breakfast, we were greeted with a big Merry Christmas and sweet smile from the staff member who was working that area - real Christmas morning CHEER!

Sorry to say the place felt run down and poorly maintained. Staff we met were friendly. The bed was fine. We were traveling and just needed a place to stay for the night. The review is 7.8 had us pick that hotel. We don’t feel that rating was accurate.

The staff was excellent. The room left a lot to be desired, especially for the price. The floors and surfaces had to be cleaned before sitting things on them. The skirts in the bed were not clean and tattered. The bed linen was clean.

The front desk service was excellent. The room was clean and in good condition. The elevator or out of service. My issues is the noise level in the morning by the cleaning crew. It was ridiculous and to the point where I woken up out my sleep and couldn’t go back to sleep. This hotel is too pricey for this small area not to be able to sleep because of noise.
