"The room was adequate and the bed was great. Staff upon entering was friendly and efficient. The best kept secret was the breakfast and Mary who makes the breakfast! When we booked this reservation it said continental breakfast. It was a full breakfast buffet and you all should make sure to say that in your ad. Mary did a great job welcoming and asking if everything was ok. Great place to stay!"

"A comfortable stay, relaxing on the Rock River, with nearby forest preserves to enjoy. We especially enjoyed the three season porch and took advantage of BBQ grill. Be sure the location works for what you want to do, though driving into Rockford is easy. Owner is engaging and made sure we were comfortable; he was readily available if we had questions. "

Everything we needed was provided, from a well-stocked kitchen to cozy linens, and the thoughtful touches made it feel extra special. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing, and the location was convenient for getting around town. Communication with the host was easy and responsive, which made the whole process stress-free.I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again in the future!
