"The surrounding area is quite run down however the hotel and exterior are beautiful. A little sketchy to walk at night but otherwise close enough to attractions. "

It was spotlessly clean, and very comfortable with good quality towels and crockery, etc. The outside space was very well kept and the pool was a good size and very well used by us. The view was to die for and our host very generous and provided us with local wine, eggs and other lovely stuff. Highly recommended. "Our stay at the house of prince was amazing! The villa is stunning! The check in process was really smooth and Ioannis was communicative and so helpful with anything we needed. Litsa, the housekeeper, was the absolute sweetest. She took such good care of the villa and was so helpful. Absolutely recommend to any families or groups!"

"Nice property. Smaller than we thought. Just one main dining room. Small food selection. Items frequently repeated. No service on the beach. There are menus attached to umbrellas with QR codes to scan, how we menu is outdated and cannot order from beach. Need to go to beach bar. Never saw an employee on the beach. The all inclusive drink menu limited to about 5 cocktails to choose from and don’t change daily. The beach chair menus had other drinks how not allowed to request for all inclusive and told “menu outdated”. "

"Great breakfast. Loved the area and we had a car to explore which was necessary. The waterpark and watersport activities are not part of the hotel, which is not clear from the website. Poor engagement from the staff we met in the spa and at reception with the exception of the very pleasant gentleman at reception on the first morning of our stay. "
