T3 apartment of 73 m2 furnished, refurbished May 2017. Located on the Quai d'Evian, 10 mins walk from the thermal baths and the landing stage, 5 mins from the Casino, shops and restaurants, 2 mins from the swimming pool, 1 mins from the bus station.

Great location to explore from and lovely apartment. Parking was a learning curve, but once sorted it was very convenient, just a dozen meters away from the front entrance.
We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very nice. It is on the perfect location for walking to the city center and also for walking along the promenade. Having a parking space was also very helpful. Catherine was really nice and helpful when needed.
We could check in 3 hours earlier and we were so happy to have much time to settle down.
Location is so good, especially we could buy fresh bread and get Evian's water every morning.
We hope to come back again!

Appartement idéalement placé, proche commerce et centre en bordure du lac et bien équipé. Une place de parking est prévu en garage sous terrain. L’appartement étant bien isolé la proximité de la rue n’est pas gênante et les chambres sont de l’autre côté, très calme et balcon avec vu lac. Accès par ascenseur ou escalier.
Merveilleux! Appartement rénové, très spacieux et fonctionnel, doté d'une belle terrasse avec vue sur le lac. Très bien équipé, avec parking; résidence très bien entretenue et très bien placée (commerces tous proches). Je recommande!
Appartement merveilleux. Très spacieux (2 chambres et sdb/sdd), tr ès bien équipé (lave linge, sèche linge, lave vaisselle, nespresso etc) et récemment rénové, très jolie vue sur le lac, la terrasse est un vrai plus également, ainsi que le parking souterrain. Très bon emplacement central. Absolument ravis!
La location est propre et bien agencée pour 4 personnes. La vue sue le lac est très agréable. L’équipement est suffisant et conforme à l’annonce. La localisation est parfaite. L’office de tourisme est au pied de l’immeuble et le centre-ville juste à côté. L’immeuble est très calme. La place de parking sous la résidence est pratique. La propriétaire est très sympathique. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

L'appartement est bien placé.
il est lumineux et confortable.
les paysages sont sympa.
Sehr helle Wohnung mit Tiefgaragenstellplatz, Fahrstuhl zur 3. Etage, Einkaufen, Evian Wasserquelle, Altstadt, Freibad, Minigolf Wanderwege und Lausanne-Fähre fußläufig gut erreichbar
Meget dårlig dialog med udlejer. Sendt en regning på fuldt depositum på en toilet dør. Lås kunne ikke åbnes indefra og vores søn låste sig inde. Den var gået i stykker og der var ingen værktøj i lejlighed og knivene kunne ikke bruges, hvilket 2 personer ved check ud også konstateret. Den eneste måde han kunne komme ud på var at lave hul i døren, Ringede til udlejer da det skete da hun lige var gået, men kom ikke tilbage og hørte intet under hele opholdet. Svarer heller ikke på vores mail omkring dialog. Jeg Sagde vi skulle nok betale en ny dør men havde regnet med en dialog da det jo var deres lås der ikke virkede og var gået i stykker og manglede vedligeholdelse. Lås endelig ikke deres døre.
Skulle også rengøre hele lejligheden selvom der står i beskrivelse rengøring incl og lejlighed er meget varm næsten ikke til at holde ud om sommeren.
Vil ikke anbefale denne udlejer
Lejligheden er super, men lidt kold når der kun er 13-14 graders varme udendørs. Der mangler ingenting i lejligheden og vi var yderst tilfreds med opholdet,

Communication parfaite avec la propriétaire et la personne nous ayant remis les clefs (Liliane).
Le garage est vraiment un plus !
