Great location to explore from and lovely apartment. Parking was a learning curve, but once sorted it was very convenient, just a dozen meters away from the front entrance.

We could check in 3 hours earlier and we were so happy to have much time to settle down. Location is so good, especially we could buy fresh bread and get Evian's water every morning. We hope to come back again! Catherine, thank you very much for your good hospitality‌

Appartement merveilleux. TrÚs spacieux (2 chambres et sdb/sdd), trÚs bien équipé (lave linge, sÚche linge, lave vaisselle, nespresso etc) et récemment rénové, trÚs jolie vue sur le lac, la terrasse est un vrai plus également, ainsi que le parking souterrain. TrÚs bon emplacement central. Absolument ravis!

La location est propre et bien agencĂ©e pour 4 personnes. La vue sue le lac est trĂšs agrĂ©able. L’équipement est suffisant et conforme Ă  l’annonce. La localisation est parfaite. L’office de tourisme est au pied de l’immeuble et le centre-ville juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ©. L’immeuble est trĂšs calme. La place de parking sous la rĂ©sidence est pratique. La propriĂ©taire est trĂšs sympathique. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Die Lage direkt am See ist toll. Das Appartement großzĂŒgig ausgestattet. Selbst bei einem gelegentlichen Regentag ist der Urlaub wunderschön.

Meget dÄrlig dialog med udlejer. Sendt en regning pÄ fuldt depositum pÄ en toilet dÞr. LÄs kunne ikke Äbnes indefra og vores sÞn lÄste sig inde. Den var gÄet i stykker og der var ingen vÊrktÞj i lejlighed og knivene kunne ikke bruges, hvilket 2 personer ved check ud ogsÄ konstateret. Den eneste mÄde han kunne komme ud pÄ var at lave hul i dÞren, Ringede til udlejer da det skete da hun lige var gÄet, men kom ikke tilbage og hÞrte intet under hele opholdet. Svarer heller ikke pÄ vores mail omkring dialog. Jeg Sagde vi skulle nok betale en ny dÞr men havde regnet med en dialog da det jo var deres lÄs der ikke virkede og var gÄet i stykker og manglede vedligeholdelse. LÄs endelig ikke deres dÞre. Skulle ogsÄ rengÞre hele lejligheden selvom der stÄr i beskrivelse rengÞring incl og lejlighed er meget varm nÊsten ikke til at holde ud om sommeren. Vil ikke anbefale denne udlejer

Lejligheden er super, men lidt kold nÄr der kun er 13-14 graders varme udendÞrs. Der mangler ingenting i lejligheden og vi var yderst tilfreds med opholdet,

Cet appartement est trÚs pratique et trÚs bien situé pour visiter Evian et les environs. Communication parfaite avec la propriétaire et la personne nous ayant remis les clefs (Liliane). Le garage est vraiment un plus ! Nous recommandons ce logement.
