Vue magnifique sur le lac, environnement très calme mais un peu trop éloigné du centre ville compte tenu du dénivelé. Propreté sommaire du logement à notre arrivée mais appartement bien équipé. Nous avons passé néanmoins un agréable séjour à Evian.

Excellent logement, spacieux pour 5, très bien équipé, avec une vue magnifique !Nous étions au calme avec un accès rapide à la ville à pieds (ça fait les mollets pour remonter) et au funiculaire à 10 min (gratuit et très bonne expérience)

Nous avons passé un super weekend sur Évian. L'appartement est très bien situé et nous avons pu profiter d'une vue sublime sur le lac Léman depuis le balcon. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Super hébergement, super bien situé, calme , propre , avec une superbe vue Accueil et départ impeccable personne accessible A proximité boulangerie accessible à pied à 2 min , funiculaire a 10 min à pied qui nous descend dans le centre (gratuit) Nous avons passé un super séjour avec nos deux filles de 2 ans et 4 ans Je recommande ce logement allez y les yeux fermés

Super emplacement

Nous étions à quelques minutes à pied du golf, ce qui a grandement facilité notre séjour. On a pu poser la voiture et nous déplacer à pied. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans l'appartement. Nous étions 3 et c'était très bien car les toilettes sont dans la salle de bains.

Wohnung für alte Leute ungünstig

Wir haben alles gut angetroffen. Die Treppe zu den Schlafräumen ist für ältere Leute ungünstig. Wenig Ablagefläche/Stauraum. Sonst alles was es braucht und unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe, respektive Abgabe.

L’appartement, propre et bien équipé, nous a séduits tant par sa superbe vue sur le lac que par les visites à faire aux alentours. Le côté relationnel avec le propriétaire et la personne qui accueille est très appréciable. Merci pour ce bon séjour malgré un temps humide et incertain.

Bel appartement dans une belle région

L’appartement est très fonctionnel, idéalement placé sur le lac Leman. Nous avons pu profiter du feu d’artifice d’Evian juste en face de nous! Notre hôte a été très réactif pour répondre à nos questions.
