Lovely room but the customer service is very poor. The woman at reception when we checked was really rude. A simple question seemed to annoy her. The parking situation is a nightmare. We were stuck at the star boom gate for almost 20 minutes as they said we hadn’t paid, when we did.

The rooms were nice and clean but the halls in the morning had a few dead bugs (roaches etc.) on the floor.
