"An excellent hotel, well situated close to the train station. Very efficient and friendly staff, the rooms were clean, spacious and well equipped. Great breakfast. Can highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Zermatt."

"Our room was smaller than I expected. Paid so much to pick the room with the view of Matterhorn and can only see just the little corner at the left side of the room. Not worth it to stay at the room with Matterhorn view. Not definitely the room in the pics in the website. Was disappointed with the view. Should be more truthful about that."

"Have been coming to Hotel Butterfly for many summers as a base to hike the mountains and enjoy Zermatt. Close to train station, excellent staff, delicious and varied breakfast, clean and well appointed rooms and lobby and food related areas, safe and quiet surroundings. I could go on and on. See you next summer ☺️"
