Receptionist was friendly and respectful. Our room was neat and clean the bed was comfortable the air conditioning worked well. Staff were very friendly and polite especially the breakfast crew. Breakfast was very good lots of choices. The location could not be better! Walking distance to all the museums churches and wonderful shopping and restaurants.

The staff is really on top of their service game. They Carried our luggage, showed us how to operate the A/C in the room. They noticed our car window was open and asked us if we meant to leave it that way (we hadn’t). Fantastic old school service. Wonderful pool During the heat wave and the grounds and building are unique. We loved it.
