"Great staff and service, great food, very friendly staff always cheerful and very helpful. I cant fault the staff and the vibes. Very good energy. Maybe the only negative and it is not really negative to be honest, we felt like yes there are more germans which is not a problem but it would be nice for the staffs to be more confident with speaking english too. However its not a big deal. Families should not hesistate to book with your children. My family all enjoyed. Money well spent. 5 star."

"Dört yıl önce buraya gelmiştik ve aynı kaliteyi bulacağımızı umarak tekrar geldik, ancak maalesef hayal kırıklığına uğradık. Öncelikle, oteldeki aqua park küçülmüş ve lunapark artık mevcut değil. Yemekler de pek iyi değildi ve oda temizliği de yetersizdi. Kısacası, hiçbir şeyden memnun kalmadık, üzülerek belirtmek isterim."

"Second visit here, loved it so much first time, decided to book again. Great experience as before, in fact was a little bit more lively as it had more people, but still great. only given it 4 stars for staff purely because, the lady who cleaned our room, walked in on us THREE TIMES using her own key, showing us she had clean her room. It's very rude and evasion of our privacy. Other than that love it here"
