Filthy, disgusting and completely revolting.

Vile, disgusting, filthy, smelly hotel. Mattresses were absolutely filthy and grubby. The mattress in the bunk was riddled with holes and stains as was the pillow. There was so much filth everywhere. Grime, mould, cobwebs- just basically filthy and hadn’t been cleaned for a long long time. The main entrance doors were covered with months of fingerprints and still had Christmas decorations stuck to the windows and doors. The toilets downstairs stunk and had filth everywhere, hair and dirt all around the toilets. Also we were asked to pay for breakfast even though it was included in the price we paid, he insisted this wasn’t correct but it was definitely on my booking.

Je tiens à remercier l’agent d’accueil du matin. Rien à dire spout une nuit de 3 h du matin à 8h30. Le seul inconvénient : on m’a pas expliqué pour retrouver le numéro de la chambre.

Pas de clim. Mais chaleuf encore supportable. Attention certaines chambre sont sans douche ni toilette. Diuchd et wc a l etage en commun. Le site ne me semble pas tres clair sur cette option.

Nuit calme et reposante malgré réel manque d hygiène. Sol sale balai ou aspirateur certainement pas passé pieds sales. Manque de lumière dans un WC. La verdad es que horrible. Te cobran las toallas cuando en la web pone que son gratuitos. Llamas a hotel.com y te dicen que es lo que hay y que tienes que seguir pagando aún que el hotel no te dan los servicios que has pagado. Decepción por parte del hotel y de Hotels.com (y no hace falta ni hablar de las cucarachas que hay en las duchas y baños)

C est vraiment un hôtel pour etape. C est propre mais la déco mérite d être refaite. Le petit déjeuner est a amélioré car il y a le strict nécessaire. Sinon nous avons très bien dormi pour reprendre la route le lendemain. Bon rapport qualité prix. J avais oublié qu a l'epoque actuelle les toilettes pouvaient être encore sur le palier.

Nous sommes arrives dans un hotel qui ressemblé plus a un squat pour potes qu'un hotel ! la prise en charge nul ! Propreté inexistante L'odeur dans les chambres etait affreuse, cetait clairement L'odeur de la beuh fraichement consommer . De petit cagard au plafond ! Fuyez ! HOTELS.COM n'est pas sérieux !!!

Hôtel insalubre, les sanitaires sont sales et délabrées, il y a des cafards et des toiles d'araignées dans les chambres. Malgré 4 nuits réservées à l'avance, j'ai quitté au bout de quelques minutes l'hôtel pour en reprendre un autre, soit un surcoût de 180€. J'ai téléphoné à Hotels.com dès mon installation dans un hôtel correct pour les prévenir et leur demander le remboursement de ce séjour inutilisé car complétement inacceptable en terme d'hygiène. Je devais être rappelé en urgence sous 72h ; cela fait maintenant plus d'une semaine et aucun retour. JE VOUS DECONSEILLE FERMEMENT DE PASSER VIA HOTELS.COM QUI NE VERIFIENT PAS LA PROPRETE ET L'HYGIENE DES HOTELS QU'ILS DISSFUSENT ET QUI NE FONT RIEN POUR REMBOURSER SES CLIENTS. Pour ma part, je ne passerai plus par eux et croyez moi je ne leur fais pas de la bonne pub !!!

Disappointing

We stayed here for two nights, one on the way, and the other on the way back from our holiday. On the way, the receptionist couldn’t find out booking, then said we only had one room and when he finally found both rooms, tried to charge us when we’d already paid. The toilets were really dirty and once of the rooms wasn’t very clean. On the way back, both rooms were really dirty with dirty floors, hair in the sink, and the bed had something unpleasant on the covers. Very disappointing in comparison with other Hotel F1s we have stayed at, we won’t be staying again.

Disappointing.

When we arrived the receptionist stated that we hadn’t booked two rooms. Despite showing my reservation details, he still said we hadn’t booked. He then tried to charge us for the rooms even though I’d already paid. The rooms were dirty as were the toilets and shower room. Having stayed in other F1 hotels before which were excellent, this was disappointing, both in terms of check in and the standard of the rooms.
