"Shower wouldnt turn off, called front desk multiple times, multiple hangups by the staff, and was told a maintence man would be up. No one showed. After an hour of waiting they told us to come to the front desk. We packed up our stuff, drove to the front desk, where they didn't even apologize just took our key and reprogrammed it and said 212 (our new room, which ended up being right next to our old room - after packing up thr car to unpack it next door). To make things worse, they decided to fix the shower at 6:30am the following morning. Over 12 hours later (and the water was still running). Horrible experience. Plus we booked a smoking room with a scenic overlool of the city. There was no smoking room or a scenic city view!"

"Very clean and spacious room with an extremely comfortable bed and pillows, which made for a great night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. The location is also very convenient, with many food options just a short 2-minute drive away. I also appreciated the free parking available inside the hotel. The only areas that could use some improvement are the room carpet, which seemed a bit old, and the shower area, which could benefit from some maintenance. The elevator also appeared dated, although it worked perfectly fine. Overall, it was still a comfortable and pleasant stay."

"we went in and honestly, it looked pretty good. The hotel itself and it didn’t look rundown on the inside. Everything looked good, there was a couple of marks on the walls and on one of the beds that we had there was a little bit of something on it, but we didn’t use that bed so we didn’t care to say anything anyway, it had everything needed. The only problem I would say is I wish they had more options for breakfast because even though they have changes, I would say every morning, it wasn’t the bestest, but there was some good options and I feel like they should have a better station for the pancakes because it didn’t really make a good pancake. And the last thing I wanna say is if your room is facing the highway, it’s gonna be really annoying and hard to sleep, I will say that I had stayed there for two nights and I barely slept either night because it was just insanely loud. I know it’s not the hotel’s fault, of course, but it’s just a warning for people who cannot sleep with loud noises or any type of noise in the background. The hotel itself had quiet people inside, which was a good thing, I had nothing to complain about that. But like I said, the outside was just insanely noisy and it was really hard for me to get some sleep. I was very on and off. The bathroom door also had a broken lock on my room. and the curtain of my room had been a little bit broken on the bottom of it, everything else worked perfectly fine for me. I did not have a bad day. I just had bad nights. "

"Water pressure in shower was very weak. Room was dusty, alarm clock not changed to new time, could not get temperature below 73, toilet handle barely hanging on (very loose)."

"Front desk was inconsistently staffed. For a 2-night stay, I needed my keycard reprogrammed for the 2nd day. The only amenity was soap. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and lotion! On the plus side, Dena from Housekeeping was helpful!"

"Dissapointed. Room was fine but needs some maintanance. Water for tea was brown. Ice had dirt in it. Breakfast area very small. Selection breakfast very poor. Won’t stay here again. "
