It was a great place to stay for 3-4 friends or for parents with 2 grown kids. The local town was pleasant and had some decent restaurants. It was definitely worth the money and is relatively close to National Parks. The host acknowledges the early morning train that occurs on some weekdays - not sure about weekends. This unit would cost much more if it were not for that darn train. Although it was quite loud, I was always able to fall back asleep. I think it comes around 6-7 AM, but ask the host because the train schedule might have changed since my stay. Even though you’re expecting the train before going to sleep, the first time you hear it, it’s quite a shock - to the point where it was actually comical, perhaps more-so in the front room where I was staying. If you’re a light sleeper and don’t fall back to sleep easily after being awakened and want to sleep until the late morning, then you might go elsewhere, or you might opt to wear ear plugs. But other than that flaw (or potential early-morning alarm clock), I would consider it above average, as it is very clean and spacious and has several amenities.
