This three-bedroom retreat sleeps up to seven people comfortably and is within walking distance of the town center. With plenty of parking for cars and boats plus BBQ facilities available.

About this property

Blue Moon - Family friendly, comfy home.

  • Neat Family Home and very affordable. This three bedroom 1.5 bathroom holiday home in Exmouth is well equipped and close to town and children's play areas. There are two queen beds and in the third room a single and a set of bunks. Easily sleeps four adults and three children (or 5 adults and 2 children sharing a room.)

    Blue Moon is an older style block home with quirky decor, a practical kitchen and dining area, and a good outside verandah and BBQ. Great value family holiday home. New couches have recently given this property a great facelift.

    Short walk to Exmouth town.

    Plenty of parking for cars and boats and a small rear patio for entertaining. 4 car maximum parking, no camping or caravans allowed. As of 2025 the owners will no longer accept pets at the property.

    All linen and bath towels provided. Please note there is no Wifi provided at this property.

    This family holiday home property is self contained.

    Please note: Provisioning is not provided.

    To allow our hard-working Cleaning team to spend time with their own families we have the following booking conditions:

    Easter:

    Check-in Thursday immediately prior to Good Friday (or before) through to Easter Monday (or later).

    Christmas:

    Check-in 22nd December (or before) through to 27th December (or later).

A lovely place for family

It was a nice place to share with family and friends. The location is great- close to town with petrol station, Iga etc around. We had a lovely time in Exmounth. Thanks.

Oldie but goodie !

It’s an older building, but all we needed. The design of the house helped it stay at a nice 24-26 degrees on the 39 degree days. It’s close to town and walking distance which was a huge bonus. We enjoyed our stay and would return again.

Happy Exmouth Holiday Abode

Blue Moon Accommodation is in easy walking distance to town. The neighborhood is quiet. The house has everything you need to self-cater. Beds were comfortable and sofas are the perfect size to lounge on. All communication was clear and timely. I would recommend Blue Moon to adventurous groups that need a comfortable base at the end of the day.

Basics not included

Other accommodations in the area offer wifi, netflix/dvd option, basic coffee/tea and laundry powder - this one didn’t. Toiletries also ran out before the end of the week. Furniture was random and not very comfortable. One pillow had very bad body odour.
