    It is a comfortable, spacious converted garage is excellent value for money.

    It is the perfect getaway for couples or business clients who wish to see what Exmouth has on offer with a touch of luxury.

    The apartment consists of a spacious and comfortable studio room with a separate bathroom.

    Facilities include a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, Queen bed, fold out sofa and smart TV.

    Split air-conditioning and ceiling fans help maintain inside comfort, and will easily tame the hottest of days.

    The fully tiled bathroom includes a shower, toilet, vanity.

    Safety features include a smoke detector, a fire extinguisher, a fire blanket.

    A bbq, table and chairs are available outside the unit for alfresco dining.

    Secure parking for a vehicle and boat is available in front of the apartment.

    All linen and towels are provided except beach towels.

The property was fine overall, but unfortunately it was much smaller than it appeared in the photos. We stayed for three nights and found it inconvenient that there was nowhere to hang clothes or towels to dry. The check-in process was confusing: even though I had completed all the required steps, I kept receiving messages saying I had not finalised the “bond”, and I had to call them several times to resolve it. The towels provided were quite old, and the mattress and bedding were not as comfortable or of the quality we expected.Overall, the accommodation was adequate, but we felt it was quite expensive considering the size, comfort and facilities provided.
