"Our overall experience at this beautiful hotel was enjoyable. The hotel's atmosphere is a whole vibe, and the hospitality was 8/10. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming and team responded quickly and effectively when challenges aroused.
One area that could use improvement is the cleanliness and freshness of the bed linens. The sheets did not feel as clean nor fresh as expected, and experienced skin irritation had to sleep in our clothes on a couple of occasions. More frequent washing and changing of the linens would greatly improve the guest comfortable.
Despite this concern, the hotel is beautiful and the staff's hospitality and responsiveness made a positive impression. With a little more attention to linen cleanliness."
