Quietly located holiday home with private sauna and fireplace in Extertal Holiday Park. This cozy, non-smoking house in Scandinavian style accommodates up to 5 guests—perfect for relaxation, enjoying nature, or an active holiday between the Weser Uplands and Teutoburg Forest.



The house spans two levels and impresses with a well-designed layout.



Amenities & Comfort:

Three separate bedrooms (two with double beds and smart TVs, one with a single bed) offer restful retreats. The bright living area with open kitchen, dining space, wood-burning stove, and large smart TV invites you to unwind. The sofa can be used as an extra bed. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, plus hallway and storage room.



Comfort in any season:

The wood stove heats the entire house; firewood and kindling are provided. Additional electric heaters and underfloor heating ensure a warm atmosphere.



Kitchen:

Fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, and extensive kitchenware.



Outdoor & Wellness:

Two spacious terraces with garden views invite you to relax. The highlight is the private, electric sauna with direct access from the bathroom.



Leisure & Surroundings:

Walking and hiking trails start right at the holiday park. The free 4,000 m² activity park offers football, table football, table tennis, volleyball, XXL trampoline, sandbox, chess, large drawing board, and barbecue area. The region is ideal for cycling and mountain biking. Bike rental is available on site. Popular destinations include Hameln, Minden, Bückeburg, Bad Pyrmont, and Hanover.
