"The property is fantastic and perfect for two families traveling together. Well appointed and has everything you will need. Centrally located on Exuma near the airport (but absolutely no plane noise) with easy access too the whole island. There beach was great. Can’t say enough positive things about our stay."

"We just returned from an amazing stay at Villa Oceania, and it was everything we hoped for and more. The home is beautiful, incredibly comfortable, and has a layout that worked perfectly for our family.The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and the house was equally prepared for beach days with all the essentials you could think of. It truly felt like a home away from home.The view is absolutely stunning, and having both the pool and the beach just steps from the house was a dream. We spent our days moving back and forth between the two, which was especially great with young kids.One of the biggest perks was the location. Being less than five minutes from the airport made traveling so much easier. After a long travel day, getting to the house almost immediately was a huge win for our tired children.Lynda, the house manager, was fantastic. She helped us with groceries, transportation, reservations, and anything else we needed. She made the entire experience seamless.Kenny and Brittany were wonderful hosts - kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the planning process.This was hands down our favorite family vacation, and we are already talking about coming back. If you're considering Villa Oceania, book it. You won't find a better combination of location, views, amenities, and hospitality!"

"Legacy Beach Suites is new construction with several 2nd floor, 1b/1b units guest-ready. The first floor multi bedroom units are currently being completed. Owners live onsite and are very responsive, helpful, friendly, and just plain nice! The 1b/1b unit onsists of a front main room with living space and kitchen, followed by a bathroom, then the bedroom with spacious closet in the back. The kitchen is equipped with cooking and eating essentials (pots, pans, cups, plates utensils, etc.) as well as a toaster, coffee maker, full size refrigerator, stove with oven and microwave. A Mini-split AC unit keeps the place cool and the bedroom can even get too cold at night if you close the bedroom door... The ocean can be seen from the 2nd level balcony and the water is a short walk over the dunes. We found an assortment of small shells in waves at the beach and caught several palometa and bonefish there as well. I even caught one sunrise over the water the day before we left. Wonderful location: it's under 10 minutes from the airport and (about) centrally located on the island. Great place to stay on Exuma!!!"

"Stunning beach front view. Super easy to get to the house from the airport. We loved “Tim’s on the Bay”. Grocery store up the road. Super convenient. Locals are all very kind and easy going. We’ll definitely be back soon. My only recommendation is bring your snorkel gear or inflatable paddle board. The house had a few pool noddles and tubes. That was very nice. Our neighbors left two days before us and gave us a few inflatables as well. So that was nice. The beach chairs are really nice too. Overall we’re very happy with our stay."

"Just got back from a great week at Beau Soleil! Such an amazing property. The location is fantastic and the amenities from the pool, beach, and the layout of the house is especially great for a large group. They have really thought of just about everything you need to have an stress-free vacation. The communication with the owners was great and I can't say enough great things about Sam who manages the house. She was so helpful with any questions or needs we had both before our arrival and while we were there. She was especially helpful with getting our boat charter finalized due to communication issues with the charter captain. Everyone one in our party had such a great time this past week! Can't wait to return!"

"The house was well appointed with everything you’d need and even things you didn’t ow you’d need. The sleeping accommodations were perfect for our group of 10. Beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting in the back porch, beach and cover porch by the water. We especially loved the ice machine and the water cooler. They have really thought of everything. They had floats, snorkel equipment, yeti’s of different sizes, coolers etc. You really don’t have to take anything except clothes.. Charlene was helpful and pleasant to work with. She was able to arrange the car and reservations for us as well as get our initial grocery items which was nice. We will definitely go back."

"The Sandbar is a beautiful beachfront home. We were there this past week and it was the perfect place for our family. The location is perfect and plenty of beach which some houses don’t have much. I think I saw 3 people on the beach. The pool and hot tub are very enjoyable. Great for a big family. Communication with the host was excellent as well. There was not a negative with this house. Love the sandbar!"
