"Beautiful accommodation in a remote area with plenty of privacy. There’s only other two other apartments and the parking situation is ideal as well. We had a few run ins with some bugs in the bathroom but I guess that’s what happens when you’re in nature lol. Just 25 minutes from town. "

"Our stay at Tides was very relaxing. Uig is not far from other towns but felt like we were secluded enough from the busier locations. We loved it! My niece and I loved sitting by the big windows, looking for Seals. Being that it was October, we didn’t spot many from the living room but we saw one. One evening we walked to a cute nearby hotel and had a few apéritifs. We would definitely go back if we were ever in Isle of Sky again!"

"This property did not disappoint! It is even more beautiful than the pictures show. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked. The hosts were very communicative and very helpful. They helped us plan our days on the island. They also had instructions on how to use different pieces of equipment around the house. The views from the windows are lovely but are equally rivaled by the walled garden from the dining table. We were so sad to checkout!"

"Wonderful stay with great living areas, and kitchen. The views were outstanding and peacefulness of the area replenished our souls. Though another couple was supposed to be with us, it ended up just being my wife and I. Waking up to the sheep and their new lambs was a added bonus. Though the weather was not ideal, gale force winds, driving rain, sleet and hail, it didn't stop us from exploring from this ideal location. We will return someday. It was a wonderful stay."

"We recently spent a week in the Lochsie Cottage. It is very comfortable, well equipped and was spotlessly clean when we checked in. The cottage is a great location from which to explore the Isle of Skye. It is a very short drive into Portree for groceries or restaurants. "Very quiet. beautiful views. The pods were a bit too small but otherwise loved our stay. Great restaurant and bar. Don’t try and bring outside food into the bar to eat with their drinks.
