- Perfectly located both sea and mountain view 3 bedroom villa in Gialia complex (next to Argaka village) with swimming pool and nice garden. Walking distance to the sea and sandy beach. Close to hiking mountain and forest routes.
Villa is perfect for winter times as well, it is equipped with electric heating in each bedroom and gas fireplace in the living room.
Enjoy your stay in calm place with stunning views and relaxing atmosphere!
Villa has separate fully equipped kitchen, nice living room and toilet on the ground floor. There are three spacious bedrooms each with nice views from the balconies on the first floor. The Master bedroom has en-suite shower and toilet, another bathroom with hot tube is located between bedrooms 2 and 3.
NEW! Sauna available upon request for extra price.
There are 2 nice verandas with tables and chairs, sunbeds and umbrella near the swimming pool.
In the garden you can find mint, rosemary - feel free to take for your drinks and food.
