"Carlton hotel was absolutely gorgeous with the new renovation. I do think they need to work on the elevator it's old but it's also very dangerous for the elderly or the disabled. the doors need to be on a timer that's or a sensor that will stop when they sense a person's in the frame because it almost knocked my mother down a few times. the rooms I think maybe could have a tad more light it seems like they're really dark since I am disabled visually little vision but they were great and beautiful"

"We had an amazing time at the property, its a very cozy, well kept, equipped and decorated place with access to nice beaches, museums, restaurants within a short 10 to 30 min drive. "

"Very minimal amenities. Bed was not comfortable and creaked. No place to keep clothes, no dresser or closet or even a rack with hangers!! Bathroom did not have a towel rack or even a toilet paper holder. Very disappointed. "
