About this property

Spacious 5-bedroom house, WiFi, AC, 1 block from Lake & Main St.

  • Create lasting memories in Fairhaven with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and lots of space!
    Our recently redesigned house can accommodate the whole family & more! The downstairs offers a king bedroom and queen bedroom (pass through room up upstairs!). While upstairs is a dream kids bunk room featuring bunk beds (one full and one twin) and a twin loft bed, a day bedroom (note the upstairs bathroom is in this room) and spacious king bedroom.

    Our house is perfect for large families, there is a full kitchen downstairs and a partial kitchen upstairs allowing guests to separate as needed. We often have a family unit on each floor so we are together but have a chance to be separate if needed.

    The home is 1 block from the Little Sodus Bay Boat Launch and one block from Main Street. Walk to get an ice cream after a long day on the water kayaking or fishing at the pier. Take a walk or drive over to Fairhaven Beach State Park or enjoy the local winery. There is so much to do (or not do!) in this special place.

    Photos to come of our new porch being added on as well. We can't wait for summer nights on the porch just taking in all that a Fairhaven summer has to offer.

    Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and modern amenities like WiFi, window AC, and a washing machine and dryer. spend summer nights by the outdoor fire after cooking on the grill. We have kayaks, bikes, fishing poles and gear, games galore and more.

    We are making lots of updates to the bedrooms over this winter and will add additional photos as they are ready! House is 5 bedrooms!

This was the perfect house for our family! Tarryn was so responsive and helpful with our stay she even had a toddler gate that we could use. If you’re thinking of staying here, book it because the location is amazing, the house is cozy and it has everything you need for the idealFairhaven getaway.
