"The exterior property is beautiful and the view of the mountains is lovely. Our room was spacious and very clean. To be totally honest, there were some issues. The bed pillows had to be old because there was an unpleasant odor coming from all of them. We had two queen beds with 3 pillows on each bed and honestly, every one of these pillows smelled old and really unpleasant. I did not sleep with any of them. They need to replace those pillows. "

"Everything was great-check in, staff, room, bathroom. Only drawback was the edge of the king bed was worn down so much that I slept in the middle of the bed to avoid falling out! Even so, I would stay there again. In a different room!!"

"The A/C worked great. But, the room we stayed in, under the beds were awfully dirty. One bed was made with a flat sheet, which no big deal, but that’s all my husband sleeps with. I had asked for a trash bag, and didn’t have one after waiting for 10 minutes to get one from a house keeper and never received one. That said house keeper was on the phone and seemed to prioritize that "

"Bathroom needed renovating. I wore shoes because the floor felt dirty. Mattress was comfortable but the polyester sheets were a swaet factory. Pool was tarped. Breakfast was sparse."
