Good clean place to stay

Room was clean and comfortable. They have a common sitting area with coffee maker and microwave etc.

Mostly clean and quiet

It’s very clean except seeing some blood on the blanket. The showers and toilet are clean which is very important. The motel’s setup is a bit strange where all the rooms faces each other but it’s not a big deal. It’s very quiet until someone talks in the “living area/lobby” which can travel to your room with the way the rooms are set up. Another negative is the bed. It’s a full size and my partners feet stick out (he’s 5’10). We also sunk into the middle of the bed so it’s quiet uncomfortable. Wifi is very slow. Definitely won’t be able to stream anything. Other than that, Plenty of parking and there’s heater and AC. The manager seems to also be the housekeeper and he’s very nice. The price could be lower but there was only one other guest there so I’m sure they need the business. I’d stay again since the location is also very convenient.

I believe this used to be an assisted living facility so it has extra handle bars in the bathroom if that is something guests are looking for. The keyless entry is a nice feature and feels secure. The walls might be a little thin because I heard tv programs from neighboring rooms through 2am. The staff was friendly.

Cozy hotel in a good location

Hotel is nicely located the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I was able to check in at 130 am which is hard to find in Alaska. I did not like the fluorescent lights in the room but they had lamps.

Plug for my car....

The service was great. I was flying to Houston in the morning and I wanted a place that was close to the airport and had parking were i could plug my car to.

Super clean, spacious room. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again. The staff was very friendly and polite. Very quiet and private which I enjoyed. The room had everything needed. There is a mini-fridge with water and a microwave is available for use in the lobby. There is also coffee in the lobby. 5 Stars!!

I had a pleseant stay at the borealis stay. It was clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The front desk agent was very nice and helped me figure out the keypad lock system on my room door one night when I came in late. I would definitely stay here again.

my husband and i were in fairbanks for 3 days, the motel was small but very very nice, room moderate in size with ample room, clean with a very comfortable bed, good bathroom facilities, no kitchen facilities in the room, but was able to use communial facilities in the common space. the guest on our visit were mainly asian, very quiet and respectful.plenty of eating facilities close by all in walking distance to the motel,my only consternation was the distance from the city requiring a expensive taxi
