An excellent place for families and pets with easy access to much of Fairbanks. The three bedroom / four bed setup worked well for our entire family. I believe there is also a pull-out sofa in case you have extra folks in your party. The place is right off Johansen Expressway; if you're familiar with Fairbanks, you know that that means it's easy access to both the newer shopping complex and College Road, Airport Road, Pioneer Park, etc. We were there for a soccer tournament and it was less than a 10 minute drive to the soccer fields. We also had a dog with us and the fenced in backyard worked great!
