Entire 2BR 1Bath Apt “The Downtown Deneege”

The bright and airy Downtown Deneege (moose in Athabascan) overlooks our beautiful public library park and is walking distance from downtown shopping, restaurants, the local hospital and more. Moose frequent the park, so be ready with your camera! Simplicity meets functional and cozy in this freshly remodeled unit making your stay comfortable and effortless. If you like traveling light, we've got the essentials covered! We can't wait to share Fairbanks with you.
The space
This is a beautiful 2BR 1 Bath apartment unit located on the second floor. Both Bedrooms have queen beds, space for clothing, luggage racks, and fans for summer months. There is a hall closet where you will find extra blankets, towels and more. Small laundry area with ironing board, and cleaning supplies.

There are long term renters in the apartment below, so we ask that you be mindful of parking and noise levels after 10PM. Renters downstairs do have 2 dogs that are friendly, and are always leashed. Just a heads up if you cross paths.
Guest access
Guests have access to the second floor of duplex and street parking in front of the duplex.
Other things to note
We've got three kids and know how stressful it is to travel with kiddos. Please let us know if you need any extras to make your stay a little easier. Pack and play is always available, but we are able to provide some extras if you give us a heads up.

There is a security camera on site above the garage. This has view of the front of the home, some of the side street and parking spots.

The deck will under go construction in the next few weeks to give it a revamp as the rest of the unit was just remodelled. It is safe to go out and sit on and enjoy your coffee or check out the park across the street. Please try to stay off the railing.

Extremely lovely condo. Great location across from a lovely park. Very nicely furnished and we appreciated all the extra amenities!!! (Several choices of coffee, tea or hot chocolate, every toiletry possible and lovely large fluffy towels!)

Danielle’s apartment was perfect. It was spotless inside, nicely decorated, with so much attention to detail. She really thought of everything from extra toothbrushes in case you forgot yours to games and puzzles. The apartment is walking distance to many great places to eat. We had a great stay.

Great Fairbanks Accommodation

Danielle‘s second floor apartment was everything and more as advertised. It was immaculate, well stocked, and furnished, and provided plenty of room for the two of us. It is in a great location near downtown Fairbanks and the University of Alaska. We highly recommend choosing this place if you’re staying in Fairbanks for a visit.

Wonderful place!

Very comfortable, well appointed. Danielle takes care of lots of details, such as providing coffee and snacks, laundry supplies, and bathroom toiletries. Location was excellent, very close to downtown. Will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Fairbanks.

Location location location

The apartment is large and spacious. It was nicely decorated and had all the amenities washer dryer Roku TV microwave full size refrigerator and the kitchen was well stocked with all the stuff needed to cook. There is a park right out the front door a good place to take a walk. The location for me was Fantastic so close to everything.

Modern, Clean, & Quiet

We just stayed for an overnight work trip and the place was ready and very clean when we go there. It was easy to let ourselves in with the check-in instructions. There was plenty of coffee! It was overall a very comfortable place to stay, centrally located, and there was no noise disturbance of any kind. We will definitely stay here again the next time we stop over in Fairbanks.
