We hope you enjoy what our place and Fairbanks has to offer. It is 10 minutes walking to downtown, 20 minutes walking to Costco. 10 minutes driving to Walmart. We provide Free parking, free Wi-Fi. Micro wave, refrigerator. There is counter top giving you space for simple dining. There is 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed. You are welcome to ask any question anytime.

I have rented before just a different apartment. This basement one was very damp. I tried to turn the heat up but everything just had a wet/damp feeling.
