I was pleasant and sweet and tried to make her smile. No luck. She was mad about sometime. I felt sad and I went to bed sad. The room was beautiful and clean. Food and kitchen was top notch."

"We had a quick check in, front desk employee was friendly and provided was with everything we needed. The breakfast was a great plus and had a variety of options to choose from. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, pool was pretty cold, but we enjoyed it anyways. I recommend this hotel."

"The entire property is in disrepair. Warped ceiling tiles and filthy floor in lobby. Parking spaces not plowed and looked like they hadn’t been for several snow storms. Walkways also not shoveled. Trash cans overflowing indoors and outside main entrance. 1st room assigned to us had rips in the carpet, mold on the tile and sink caulk. Toilet did not flush. Smoke detector was missing from the ceiling. Beds are not actually queen sized. Musty cigarette smell throughout. Key card envelope was all bent up and had obviously been re-used several times. I have never seen this! When I requested a refund, the nice young man called the manager who told him that refunds were not allowed after check in. However, you don’t see the condition of room until after check in! I requested to speak to the manager personally and he said she did not answer the phone when he called her back even though he stepped out of the room for a long time and I could hear him talking with someone. He did provide a different, slightly better room. But the beds were still small, many light bulbs were not working, and there were broken tiles in the bathroom. The overall condition of the hotel made me question the cleanliness of everything so we did not eat breakfast there. We chose this hotel based on proximity to a venue. But truly wish we would have chosen from the much nicer hotels for a similar price 10 minutes away. "

"Hotel is bright and colorful. Great lobby area with activities and games and room for a lot of people. Room was a little small but for a night or two was fine. Smart tv was nice."
