"Room was filthy. Dust and Food on floor under bed. Furniture worn out - Desktop blistered and ugly. No liners in trash cans. Haseeck is missing wheel block unstable and unsafe. TV old and remote worn out. "

"We arrived in the evening, our key cards did not work twice and we finally were able to switch rooms. The dining room was vacant, the bar was open. A small Caesar salad was $17 - really?! The 'snack' area had some food choices that did not include prices - so you would need to grab some items and then take them to the check-in to find out what they cost. The room was great and we slept well. They could do better on displaying prices for items they sell. "
