The two luxurious and grand bedrooms both feature high ceilings and large arched glass doorways which step out into a private courtyard with a fire pit and Adirondack chairs. Both bedrooms each have their own fully renovated full bathrooms with walk-in glass showers. The rest of this beautiful space features an open kitchen, dining and living room layout that feels spacious and luxurious.



OUTDOORS, you'll have access to the large pool and lounge chairs along with dedicated spaces for your party only, such as two sets of dining tables and chairs, a commercial quality gas grill, and lounge area with Adirondack chairs overlooking the pool. Move seamlessly from swimming in the pool to grilling, dining or lounging under a brick archway or roasting marshmallows at your own fire pit outside of your bedrooms!

This unit is located below the above units living space. While we ask all guests to be respectful, you may occasionally hear footsteps or normal household noise from the upstairs unit during your stay if another guest has rented the above unit.

Please note: There is a noise monitoring device, made by Minut, that is installed in the common area / living room which only monitors noise levels (no recording of voices). This device is used by Book Montrose solely for safety reasons so that we can be alerted if a smoke or carbon monoxide alarm is triggered, for example, and if violations to house rules, such as holding a party, are occurring. Other house rules: NO events or pets are allowed.
