The middle level is where you’ll find all four bedrooms:
Primary suite with king bed, Smart TV, and ensuite shower room
Three additional bedrooms, each with queen beds
Full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and double vanity
Laundry area with washer and dryer
On the entry level, there’s a secure single-car garage with space for gear, skis, or bikes, plus additional parking in the driveway.
Outside, adventure is just steps away. Hike 450m up the nature trail to the Fairmont Hot Springs Pools, or cross the Fairmont Creek to discover a hidden waterfall. With over 50 km of trails, 11 championship golf courses, and Columbia Lake and Lake Windermere nearby, you’re surrounded by natural beauty and endless activities.
In winter, enjoy skiing at Fairmont Ski Area (3 km away), or head to Panorama, Kimberley, or Fernie for a bigger mountain experience. Don’t miss skating or XC skiing on the world-record-holding Lake Windermere Whiteway!
