"Great location for attending a concert at the Mann in Fairmount park. We were able to walk to the concert in about 15 - 20 mins and really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were all really clean and the checkin process was really easy. the 2 cats are very friendly too"

"This place was very clean, everything mentioned in the description was provided, in addition to brand new kitchen supplies and equipment. The apartment is only 10 minutes away from downtown and all of the Tourist attractions. The host was outstanding and was responding promptly to every request. I would definitely stay here again and would strongly recommend this place."

"DO NOT STAY HERE. We had booked two bedrooms and the one bedroom was not clean. The bed was not made and the towels were not changed and it smelled horrible in there. We had three people so we had to book a different place to stay for the night. We could not get in contact with the hotel after calling multiple times and communicating with hotels.com as well. They are not refunding us. "

"The Maj hotel is unique. Spanking brand new it speaks to the future. Everything was clean, stylish and a wonderful Philly location. Walkable to just about everything - or an easy Uber ride. Fairmount Ave is a few blocks away with many cool and interesting restaurants. Whole Foods is two blocks away. Parking was great but got the last space on a Monday. Highly recommend this hotel. "
