Holiday Homes in Fairplay

"Our family had an amazing time at this place! Hot tub was amazing and sauna too!! Everything was clean and maintained well. The game room was awesome and super fun as well. This place is super family friendly and a great place to stay at, would 100% recommend! The host also had great communication and made sure we had a comfortable stay. Will be staying here again!!"

"My wife and I enjoyed our stay in the tiny home. It was a great community and a great location within Leadville. We enjoyed the uniqueness of each tiny home. We will definitely check out again in the future."

"I loved how bright the cabin was inside. Everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Great place to stay!"

"A bit no frills, old and could use some TLC, but it worked for a simple low-cost dog friendly stay."

"This property is perfect for a stay in Leadville for a single person, couple or perhaps even a small family. It's great to have all the amenities of home at a price that's better than some of the cheapest hotels in town. The location is super convenient and very close to downtown which was great. A very cozy stay and pretty spacious for a one bedroom. I would 10/10 recommend and will very likely return!"

"Great stay"

"Nice place, fun/quiet location. "

"Great location close to downtown with easy access to the mountains."

"Beautiful home."

"Amazing view of the mountains. Great family vacation spot."

"Very nice little home. Neighbors were nice and welcoming. Twin lakes saloon had a great breakfast as well. The coffee shop was amazing around the corner to the east."

"We had a delightful stay at this fantastic property, literally just minutes walk away from shops, food, and the National Mining Museum. The hot tub was relaxing. The views breathtaking. Our vacation plan was altered somewhat by the Willow Fire nearby, but we were at all times safe and well informed. I would be delighted to visit again or recommend this spot to anyone"
