    Our property is ideal for small family events, providing a delightful setting for 2-3 couples and their kiddos to create cherished memories. Please note that the pool is open from Mid May to Mid September, making summer getaways a delight.

    For our winter renters, rest assured that we take care of the snow removal on the driveway to ensure easy access. However, we recommend an SUV to navigate any winter weather conditions.

    Your safety is essential to us, which is why we have a RING camera to monitor external driveway activity only, ensuring your privacy while maintaining security.

Amazing family vacation!

The house and yard were perfect for a large family gathering! Comfortably slept 9 adults with everyone having the perfect amount of family time, but privacy too. The kitchen had three ovens and six burners and every accessory needed to cook for a large family. The outside was perfect with the walking loop, pool and hot tub. Never needed to leave the property, except for groceries, wine and ice cream!

Very spacious with multiple seating areas for various activities at once. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. The pool and trampoline were huge hits. Large variety of activities available kept everyone entertained.

Despite the weather being chilly and rainy, the kids had a riot with so much to do at this property. That says a LOT! Beautiful home and grounds. And the fresh eggs daily from the chickens were so great! The host is a peach and is very responsive.

Great house for our multi-family vacation. House was very clean, orderly and well-stocked. Host was very welcoming and super responsive to any questions or issues. Best part - all rooms are spacious and there's a number of gathering spaces for everyone - each of which is inviting and conformable - so even a large group does not feel on top of one another.

Great for a family gathering!

The large home had several bedrooms and gathering areas indoors and outdoors for our family gathering. The property owner was very nice and helpful. We will definitely stay there again when in the Rochester area. An outstanding property!

Perfect for our visit to Fairport

Family Get-together

The Ultimate Family Retreat was perfect for our family. 10 adults and 7 grandkids age 4 to 6mos! Kids loved the pool, play area and firepit. Kitchen was wonderful and we all fit just fine! The Baniewicz family were awesome hosts!!

Brockport Graduation & Family Reunion

This beautiful property was absolutely perfect for our extended family to get together to celebrate my daughter's college graduation. The owner was extremely responsive to all questions and so accommodating! The house was extremely clean and all amenities were provided for with such care! We loved our stay and visiting the chickens and eating the delicious eggs. What a treat! We highly recommend this property!

Great for children

We stayed for a weekend wedding. Wonderful place for all grand babies and their families to come together ! Plenty of room to spread out with big open kitchen. My daughter even gathered the eggs for breakfast. Host was very responsive to our questions and we really appreciated that!

Fall Family Getaway

Perfect place for our fall family getaway! Enjoyed the pool, catching frogs, and apple picking at nearby Wickham farms. The guys enjoyed golfing also nearby! You really have everything you need..even fresh eggs every day! The grandchildren really enjoyed gathering the eggs 😊 even baking apple pie. The hosts Brian and Whitney were very accommodating and accessible. Highly recommended this property.

This luxury retreat was everything we hoped for. Plenty of space for family bonding, and equally good for having ‘me-time’. Huge kitchen and butler’s pantry made my ‘unofficial-chef’ daughter very happy, especially the wolf oven.The pool and hot-tub were fantastic—clean, large, beautifully landscaped with lush shrubbery, trees and flowers, nice diving board and bonus basketball hoops. Downhill from the pool was the private track surrounding a firepit area and lily-pond, which always gave me Monet’s garden moments. Morning and night, someone was always down there walking, riding a bike or trying to catch a frog in the lily pond.We enjoyed so so much—indoor, outdoor, riding, and pool toys and games for both younger and older kids—basketball court, trampoline, and ninja line. A couple days the winds were just right for kite flying on the expansive front yard hill. Also on-site, the well-cared for chickens provided daily entertainment and yummy fresh eggs. Proximity to the Erie Canal, Niagara Falls NY, Lake Ontario, Seneca Falls zoo, Strong Museum of Play and flagship Wegman’s were all hits for our group of 5 kids ages nearly 2 to 13, parents, two grands and one Uncle. About our hosts, everything wonderful you’ve read is true. A couple minor issues and one AC issue developed, but they were responded to and fixed immediately. Finally, this is the first place that all of the adults were satisfied and would visit again!

If you are looking for the ultimate family retreat house, then this is it. From the moment we arrived everything was well placed as described. The kids and everyone who visited us was blown away by the beauty of house, grounds and the many gathering places on the first floor. We're for sure returning this summer. Lastly Whitney is such a gracious and accommodating host. Thank you for making the weekend one for the memory books!

Family weekend getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful rental! The house is clean and roomy! Spacious enough for a large family getaway! My daughter really enjoyed the chickens and frog pond. We especially enjoyed the spaciousness of the house! The master bedroom was like a hotel suite and amazing views of the outdoors. There was so much to do on the property and the outdoor space like like pool and hot tub was a bonus and beautiful space to hang out. My daughter who is five loved all the activities to do around the house, rain or shine. She really enjoyed the craft corner upstairs. We definitely would be back again!

A great property for a large group

This property and home is very big with 6 truly usable bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms, a large and well equipped kitchen, multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, a pool and hot tub, a park-like setting in the back yard. And the chickens that lay fresh eggs were a true highlight! We were in the area for our child’s college graduation and this house was perfectly suited for our large extended family. Communication with the host was efficient and very clear. Highly recommended!

Big Family Reunion Dream Home!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! There was plenty to do in the house as well as around the area. Our group was on the large side with kids of all ages running around. The pool was the biggest attraction for them, but the basement was full of toys and games that they spent hours enjoying! The adults had a beautiful backyard and front yard to enjoy chatting and reconnecting. We made good use of the Pickleball equipment and had several (some still disputed) lively matches. Communication was easy, the kitchen was fully stocked and roomy. We had enough space during our joint family dinners to accommodate 17 adults and 30 kids (most of which did not actually spend the night at the rental with us). Fantastic time had by all!

So Much More Than You Think

This property is gorgeous! It was MORE than enough for my family for a weekend get together to celebrate my 30th birthday. I’m a local from Rochester and had no idea a place like this was so close. We could have just stayed on the property all weekend to celebrate. And when I left my glasses behind, Whitney was a more than gracious host and was able to get them back to me. We had two kids (9 and 11) who loved everything. I don’t even remember seeing them because of all the entertainment they had available to them. The adults were able to enjoy the paved track in the backyard in the morning and the back patio for coffee. Thank you Whitney for checking in throughout the stay and being such a gracious host! We loved it!

Fabulous Stay

We spent a week here and everything was fabulous. The home is large and looks just as you see it on the website, which isn't always the case. The views from any window were incredible, so enjoyable to drink our morning tea and coffee while looking out. The pool was great, the kids were in it everyday. There was plenty for the kids to do, the trampoline, climbers and zip line were a big hit with the young ones. Collecting the eggs each day was great fun for the kids and we all enjoyed eating them for breakfast. Lots to do in the Rochester area, plenty of restaurants and shopping within 10 minutes of the house. The house has everything you could need if you choose to make your own meals. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to work with Whitney again for one of their other properties too. Whitney checked in with us regularly to offer options for what to do while the weather was rainy to ensure we had a great time, she was a pleasure to work with and truly cares about her guests experience.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful experience at the country house. Whitney was wonderful, as always with her communication and having the house ready and clean for us upon arrival. We utilized the home for a family reunion and everyone couldn’t stop talking about how lovely the home was. Kids and adults loved the pool, hot tub, frog pond and zip line! Will definitely be staying again.
