Unlike a typical vacation rental, Twin Oaks Lodge offers the space, amenities, and privacy of a boutique mountain resort. Spend the day swimming in two pools, making homemade pizza on the patio, playing gaga ball, or relaxing in the hot tub. As evening arrives, gather around the fire pit, challenge each other in **The Mountain Club** the giant game room, or simply enjoy the peaceful mountain setting beneath a sky full of stars.

Unlike homes managed from afar with property managers, Twin Oaks Lodge is personally owned and cared for by our family. We stay here regularly to ensure every guest experiences the same level of comfort, cleanliness, and attention to detail we expect ourselves.



Our home is proudly **smoke-free and completely dander-free**, making it an excellent choice for guests with allergies.

• Booter Road is a private one-lane mountain road. Please drive slowly.



• This is not a party house. Please respect our quiet neighborhood.



• No pets. We proudly maintain a dander-free home.



• No smoking or vaping.



• Trip insurance is highly recommended.



• Rental agreement and liability waiver required within 24 hours.



• $1,000 security deposit authorization placed five days before arrival.



• Exterior security cameras monitor the outside of the property only.
