  • Make yourself at home in this 3-bedroom, 2 bath retreat in the charming Cascade Ridge neighborhood. Enjoy the mountain view while relaxing in the hot tub after a day of hiking or exploring Asheville. We are 15 minutes to downtown Asheville, 12 minutes to the Biltmore entrance gate, and 7 minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Our cozy home in Fairview is the ideal base from which to venture out and enjoy all that our beautiful area has to offer.

We booked this property at the last minute and were pleasantly surprised that it was available. From the moment we arrived, it exceeded our expectations. The home was exactly as pictured and described in the listing—immaculate, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed with every detail in mind.The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to everything we needed. All amenities were provided, and the hot tub was clean, ready to use, and a wonderful bonus. The owners also supplied games for the kids, and the arcade-style game was an absolute hit with our family.The property offered stunning mountain views and plenty of opportunities to enjoy local wildlife. We were even lucky enough to spot a bear casually strolling down the street, which made our stay even more memorable.Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with our family. We had an amazing stay and only wish we could have stayed longer. We would gladly return and highly recommend this property to others.
