"The rooms were clean and comfortable but, breakfast should have been included with how expensive the rooms were. The breakfast was good but just your typical continental breakfast that would have been included with the stay in any American hotel."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Post Hotel and Spa! The staff was incredibly nice, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. We especially appreciated the complimentary shuttle to Lake Louise. The drivers were very friendly and helpful and it took the stress out of trying to find a parking spot. Our only downside was that the rooms don’t have air conditioning (which we knew prior to booking), but since we were on the first floor, we didn’t feel comfortable leaving the windows or doors open at night for safety reasons, so the room got quite hot. They do provide fans which helped a little bit. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really appreciated the excellent service and hospitality. We would definitely consider staying again!"
