"Pool was dirty, the breakfast was a joke! False advertisement to say the least! Go somewhere else!"

"Sink in bathroom was falling off the wall. Room condition old and not clean. Continental breakfast wasn't either maintained or stocked. Under sink was patched repeatedly with caulk and there was rust everywhere. Not safe area. "

"The room was dirty. I cannot stand dirt in corners. The bathroom is too small for the door to close. The drain around the tub was rusted. The Toliet was not seated firmly. And the mattress was so thin that I could feel the steel frame. Needles to say I had pressure points from laying on it and a terrible nights sleep. "

"A modest hotel in an old building (like most buildings in the district). Excellent location away from the noise but close to the points of interest in the French Quarter. Quite good breakfast. Polite and welcoming staff. Overall good value for money"

"Room was clean but advertised as a hotel, is a motel. Outdoor hallways were stained and smelled bad. The breakfast team did not seem at all happy with their work. They closed down breakfast items early, we we asked for help they were frustrated with us. When other patrons asked for help she slammed equipment in frustration. The front desk staff member who was older at 3pm was rude during check in. Overall I did not enjoy my stay overall and will not be returning under any circumstance."

"Breakfast staff was great, but we were served sour milk this morning. Room was clean, bedding fresh, just short on towels—only three, no hand towels or washcloths. Water pressure was pretty low. Other than that, staff was wonderful and everything else was good."
