On the ground floor there is an open plan living and dining room area. The villa has two bedrooms, 1st bedroom provides a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with Hydro-massage bathtub. The 2nd bedroom provides two single beds which can be converted into a double king size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. In the living room area there are two sofas that can be converted into two single beds. The beds and the sofas are Coco-mat, made from high quality natural ingredients for a unique sleeping and relaxation experience.
The swimming pool of 37,5 sqm with 15 meters length has hydro massage and waterfall jet for the neck and the shoulders. There is also a childrenโs pool with dimensions of 2,25 sqm with depth of 0.5 m .Large verandas in the front and back of the villa, barbecue area and private parking space with remote control to entrance gate.
