"Place appears newly renovated, with fairly good quality materials and large rooms. Location is close to the town core - about a 10-15 minute walk. Immediate area is of older less well kept buildings and perhaps these will also participate in restoration over time - we did not feel uncomfortable walking the area, but did experience street noise, particularly the front bedroom and living room. Parking lot about 50m away for 1 Euro per 24 hours that was convenient vs street parking. Ad posting...

"This was a fantastic place to stay if you want a hotel accommodations but space for family. The bedrooms were large as were the bathrooms. The kitchen area was convenient for snacks,drinks and morning breakfast and heating up leftovers. The morning breakfast in the dinning area in the loby was peefect. Be sure to order off the menu too!! The balacony was nice to sit and people watch with a glass of wine or beer that you can buy at the grocery downstairs. Jason at the front desk was patient, helpful and very accommodating to your needs. He always had answers to your questions. Laura was funny, delightful and made the BEST recommendations for local places to eat dinner. The wait staff and cleaning staff were extremely kind and did a great job daily. The location is in the heart of the pier and at the center of local Punta Delgada life. Walk behind the hotel for shopping cafes and sightseeing traditional cobblestone streets. The hotel is only a short drive to numerous beautiful senic places and rural attractions. Get a taste of all that the Azores have to offer with the best choice of places to stay. Overall 5+ stars for a best experience at a hotel/apartment. Do not hesitate to stay here. "

"Amazing. We took our 5-m old baby and they were so kind and prepared for us - baby bath, baby towel and crib. Each night the staff brought around little gifts too. An amazing farmhouse hotel with pineapple thermal bath and sauna and pool. Plus they threw pizza parties and summer parties too. Couldn’t have asked for a better first family Holiday "

"Great hotel with a fantastic staff! Firstly, the location is fabulous – right in the heart of Ponta Delgada and close to all the main attractions. It's surrounded by plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops, which made exploring the area so convenient. There are also supermarkets nearby, which was an added bonus. The breakfast was fantastic – delicious, fresh, and with plenty of options to suit every taste. Everything in the hotel worked perfectly. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable throughout our stay, which was important for us. We had a wonderful experience here and will definitely stay again next time we're in Ponta Delgada. Highly recommend!"

"Loved everything about the 2 properties and private island! Convenient location, 5-10 min from the airport. Walkable, plenty of restaurants on and off the properties. Great service, great shopping, taxis on site, even a water taxi to get to the island! People and service are outstanding! You can choose various all inclusive packages- drinks only or breakfast only etc. Was not crowded. Beautiful beaches, lagoons, cabanas, umbrella huts and lounges everywhere. Flamingos and iguanas on private island! Must stay! "
