Sun Palace Hotel - All inclusive

"Lovely stay at the Sun Palace Hotel. The pool areas and the water park were great. Lots of places to sit and sunbeds. The only problem was that the sunbeds are very dated and uncomfy, a lot of them are ripped, broken. The food always had great variety and there is something for everyone. In between meal times there are cafes which have food you can get at any point. Unlimited gyros at the water park cafe. There are a lot of drinks machines plotted around and you just help yourself which is great as you don’t have to queue at a bar waiting. Same with the ice cream. The room cleaning was not great. we selected our room to be cleaned every day and the towels were always replaced. However, the bedding wasn’t. Additionally, the bathroom was dirty and it was not cleaned once. I think they only replace towels and change bedding on certain days. The location is close to Faliraki strip and beach. It is also approximately 20 minutes away from the old town and airport in a car. There is free parking at the hotel and we hired a car which was great. Overall, great stay at a very reasonable price and the staff were friendly."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic stay at Lime Hotel We’ve just had a lovely stay at Lime Hotel in Faliraki and would definitely recommend it. We stayed in Room 205, which was spacious and spotlessly cleaned daily. the whole hotel is spotless The staff are what really make this place— friendly, welcoming and happy to help. Special shout out to Mariantha who helped us with restaurant recommendations and was just good fun The hotel is a little out from the main town, around a 15-minute walk into Faliraki. The main road is busy, but it is well paved and straightforward to walk along. Taxis are available, although they are a little more expensive than we’ve experienced in some other parts of Europe, with short trips into town starting from around €12. There’s a small shop just a one-minute walk away selling some basic essentials, and a coffee shop maybe 4 minutes away, although the choice of bakery items is fairly limited. We only had breakfast once in hotel during our stay, at €11 each. There was a typical continental selection along with some hot breakfast items, so there was a good enough choice for a reasonable price. We did eat lunch and dinner at least once and food was v good Bottled water is available to buy in hotel at a very reasonable price, so there’s no need to go out looking for it. They also sell sun cream, sweets, crisps. One small recommendation for the hotel would be to provide a kettle in room but other than that it was superb!"

"My stay as a solo traveler got off to a rocky start, but the Rena's great customer service completely turned my experience around. I had originally booked a Superior Triple Room, but upon checking in, I was disappointed to find that the bathroom was quite dirty. I initially noted this issue in a quick first-impression review. First thing the next morning, Rena at the front desk proactively approached me to discuss my feedback. She handled the situation with absolute professionalism, genuine care, and great urgency. She listened to my concerns and immediately arranged a room change to a spotless alternative room as requested, ensuring I was comfortable for the remainder of my stay. While a dirty room on arrival is never ideal, how a hotel responds to a problem makes all the difference. Rena’s swift, proactive response and dedicated hospitality turned what could have been a negative trip into a good one. Thank you Rena :)"

"Lovely clean, modern hotel. Facilities are good and right on the beach. Friendly staff and lovely big rooms. Downsides are there are dogs in the hotel. We love dogs, but do i want to spend breakfasts sharing them with dogs on seats next to me barking? Not really in a 5* hotel…. Also the location isn’t brilliant. The hotel itself is lovely and luxury but the immediate area isn’t the same. We found ourselves renting a car and travelling to Lindos or old town most days. But it was a great base. Possibly over priced for the location I think."
