Ganz schlecht ist die Nummer - ätsch bätsch, gebucht ist gebucht, absagen kostet 100% von deinem Reisepreis. Es gibt Gründe, wie z.b. gesundheitliche Gründe da sollte man kulanter sein. "Pros: Sehr ruhig und alles was man braucht. Selbst für Kinder ist alles da und man braucht keine Spielsachen mitbringen. Freunde hatten zur gleichen Zeit das andere Hedwig Haus und wir konnten die Abende zusammen verbringen, aber jeder hatte doch wieder seins :) Cons: Leider muss man Handtücher vorher reservieren, was auch kommuniziert wurde. "I had a great experience at Arch. The hotel is very central, ideally located. There is some street noise in the evening due to proximity to cafes and street life (if the windows toward the back of the hotel are open), but I found it a pleasant way to partake in the energy of the old city. The daily room cleaning was excellent. The staff took note of my habits and cleaned in so to support me (e.g. layout of the bed, and bottles of water). I highly recommend the hotel!"
