"If your looking for a place to stay, and you want to experience country living Tennessee-style first hand, this is the place. Every thing in the travel trailer was clean and worked perfectly. Stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, bath room, a/c, furnace, closet space, etc. Absolutely no traffic noise. Quiet and peaceful. I just loved the hosts Kurt and Maria and their german shepard "Star" will guard your car all night if you simply give her a few pieces of steak fat. Compared to a highway Inn or a expensive cabins in the area, this is the place if you love the country. Gorgeous 360 scenery on the lush green 2 acres.Slept like I was at home. If I ever return I won't come unless I can stay at one of their travel trailers at this property. I just cant say enough about the experience and about the hosts.Was treated like a family.member by the hosts. I was so happy and felt like I was staying with friends.A couple grills, large fire pit, horse shoe pits, and convenience stores just a few miles away. Kurt (the host) will sing country music and play guitar if you ask him (and he is pro-level musician) and many cool things to look at in his wifes (Marias) country store she's got there. Kurt has a wood shop there and makes really nice affordable handmade souvenirs in her store.This was an amazing 4 day experience, an amazingly beautiful piece of property and the price was the absolute best out of all the other nearby cabins and rooms I had previously looked at."

"To start - not real sure how Shaun or Victoria managed to train the local wildlife but i knew we were in the right place when we first arrived in the driveway and in a somewhat disney fasion a deer and rabbit were chasing each other around the front yard so..... yeah it gets better the house so described as charming by the home owners is spot on we hadn't been halfway through our trip when my wife ask (think they would sell) nature abounds here as mentioned above we watched bunnies and bevers the beauty of the whipperwill singing in the late evening while having a dip in the pool true relaxation i would love to say that we enjoyed the jetted tub but sadly we could never make it past the amazing walk in showerComfort Charm Relaxation i could not have asked for moreAs for the surrounding area this was the perfect spot for day trips to both fall creek falls park and rock island state park without being over priced and stacked ontop of other vacatoners and wondering into pikeville to grab a bite we found a wonderful small town restaurant with a warm and inviting feel from staff and other patrons it reminded me of a time gone by when everyone actually interacted with each other instead of not so social media so if you are looking for home cookin and good atmosphere try Maleys ( bet you cant finnish the double stack) From the bottom of my heart thank you Shaun and Victoria "
