"Ok so I start with I felt like I had some great communication with Sarah Ann who I believe is the Host. She I thought understood that I was hosting my Daughter in law to be Bachelorette party. Told her of my plans to come to tour wine country that’s incredible in Fredericksburg TX! and got all the appropriate photo ID ‘s and waivers signed ahead of time for our group for this beautiful working ranch property. Our party range was 24-63 most of us were in our 50’s. 11 of us!!!As we entered the big metal gate with our Code we were in awe of it’s beauty and had been a many sightseeing spot and wineries already when we arrived around 5:30 with luggage, and groceries for the weekend. Our 12 person big black shuttle leading the way. We are a bit unsure so I called the number I was to text on arrival- I believe the property manager Lynzi She was unkind and told us that he was not allowed on the property ! In fact NO wine tour , party bus or anything of the nature was allowed and was clearly stated!!! On the listing (which I did not see - nor did my Aunt 73 that rented this VRBO.)She told me that us 11 tired hot women with our luggage and groceries- (97 degrees!) would have to hoof it 22 minutes up hill - hike with all of our stuff…1 ladies who had a disability walking which I told her we took everything off and started walking it. Luckily the neighbor took us up the hill to our destination and in the end the host saw our dilemma and gave us approval. "

"Perfect little spot on the outskirts of Fredericksburg. Close enough to Main Street but still in a quiet serene area. Numerous wineries and eateries close by. Do yourself a favor and stay here! "

"The room was perfect and clean. And staff was great, very quick to respond to any questions and needs. The property was beautiful, very quiet. Very relaxing. Only thing I'd say that would be something to improve the bed mattress overly soft and like you would sink lower so maybe a newer better mattress or box spring, it's not that it was super uncomfortable because it wasn't slept good second night but maybe a better mattress but all over we loved it and hopefully we will be back. It was a getaway for our 34th anniversary."
