"My stay was okay. I would not recommend until a lot of things get fixed and repaired. Elevators does not work and have not worked in months. Stair well is very hot. There is no ice machine on each floor. Only ice machine is on the 1st floor. Hallways have a smell. Room and bathroom was not fully cleaned. Some lamps in the room did not have a bulb. Desk chair was broke and leaning. Toilet was very wobbly. Faucet at bathroom sink leaked water badly when turned on. Breakfast was not too good, not much to choose from. Asked for towels because room only had 2; clerk said she could not give us towels because they didn’t have any. Every time we used towels we had to take back downstairs. One of the clerks at the desk was very very rude. Pool needs a cleaning."

"This was our first visit to this casino resort and we enjoyed it a lot. It was a rainy day, so we appreciated the parking garage that gave direct access to the resort. The room was modern, clean and comfortable; no complaints about it at all. We had pizza at the onsite restaurant and it was excellent and affordable. I liked the size of the casino floor (not so large that I was constantly lost) and the drink service at the slot machines was very good. We would return to this hotel the next time we visit the Biloxi area."
