The room was a little dirty; having found a roach in the tub when we checked in. We were tired, however, and the motel was near the highway, so we decided on it. The front desk person was personable; so no complaints there. Parking was adequate. It was close to our room. And for being close to the road, it was relatively quiet.

Couple in the office was very nice. Walked in to a “smokers” room. Yikes. My fault. Tub did not drain so we had to stand in dirty water. Towels had holes, Very tattered. Mildew on rim of tub…. But, we slept well. Not a good over all experience. I hope this is helpful

This place used to be called the budget inn, for a reason --it's VERY basic! But I have stayed here several times over the years, as it is affordable, safe and clean. No coffee maker in the room, but shower has good pressure and hot water and bed was comfortable. Walking distance to a few places to eat, and easy parking. I will almost certainly stay here again!

The Oasis hotel property feels safe, with large lots for parking off the street. There are two separate buildings. The room was very fresh, mostly clean. Others with rooms can be heard walking along the outside, but not a lot of noise from the next room. The Hotel was not overly full and it was odd that persons were placed directly in the next room. There is not a lot of road noise heard. There are many businesses for shopping and a variety of restaurants and fast food on the main highway just one block away, and they are within walking distance. The hotel is easy to locate. It is clear to see that remoldeling is happening, nice to know the business is concerned. The one concern we had was that the new flooring was very dirty - not seen easily as the flooring is grey and black, but visible on the paper towel I wiped up a spill of water with, and on white socks. I'd be happy to stay here again, when needed. Reasonable cost. The property around the hotel had many weeds. Very nice staff.
