Room is good and tidy, They provide kitchen utensil, stove and microwave. So we able to cook if we want to. The main bedroom was abit hot at night, but over all we are happy to stay in this hotel/apartemen. Staff also very friendly and comunicative.

Dated facilities but well located at Falls. We stayed during summer for hiking. Double bed was two singles pushed together which was disappointing. However clean, easy checkout and heating was good.

Penthouse suite was great with space, comfort and 3 bathrooms (for only 2 bedrooms) My bathroom was spotless - well impressed with the cleaning!! Fantastic spot for fishing or walking in summer

Nice place with a lot of potential
It was a nice place that has a lot of potential. It is at the entrance of falls creek village. It can do with a little bit of a refresh with new paint, new carpet and a little update but it has a lot of potential.

The property is quite dated, we paid over $1000 a night for the 2 bedroom apartment, overall was an older style apartment that the pictures over present. Location is good, staff are friendly however not worth the money we paid. Rooms has tiles missing in bathroom and doors were leaking cold air, locks need looking at on front door, rate it a 2 out of 5 for value

A Comfortable Place
Our 3 nights at this hotel were good in a comfortable spacious room, complete with a queen size bed. The little kitchenette was appreciated as it meant a leftover pizza could be heated up for another meal, given that there wasn’t a choice of dining options since most restaurants were closed for the season. The bathroom was spacious and basic amenities were provided. Being on the lower ground level meant that we could open the glass door and sit outside to catch the last of the warmth from the sun. Would recommend this to visitors to this area

I’ve stayed on level six twice. Beautiful view, spacious, well equipped apartments. One suggestion for improvement; Allowing an earlier checkin than 4pm would be good.

Convenient, Comfortable, Spacious and Good Value!
This is our second time staying at the Country Club, everything is just as expected. We love the convenience of being able to drive up to the front door for loading/unloading. It's location right next to the Gully Chair makes it easy to get on/off the slopes. As with most on-mountain accomodation, we found the apartment gets a little too warm at times (opening the windows helped). Fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining/lounge area makes it very comfortable, nice to feel like home especially after a full day out on the slopes.

Discourteous. Dirty. Uncomfortable. Noisy. Scam.
First of all, the old lady manager was discourteous and nasty, she has no place being in the hospitality industry. She didn’t care about anything but seems to just want to get her salary even if the property rots and the owners goes out of business. The rooms were very unhygienic, just open the cabinets and it rots so bad like a roach nest would live there. They would not provide you more towels or amenities. The beds were terrible and hard. Dirty kitchen, cups and dishes. The walls are so thin that you could here people from the other room partying or jumping around. The whole place is falling apart. The location was far from the village where all the action happens. They charge for late checkout per hour of 50 dollars then scam you by asking you to leave after a few minutes without completing the hour. I would warn you to just check in some other place, anywhere but here.

The staff where excellent, But our room we had was infested with cockroaches and we had to be relocated, The next room had NO ventilation and was very hot as well as a trip hazard from the kitchen to the living are3as th floor heights changed.When you opened the glass door to the balcony the shade blind would fall off as it hit the door jam ,The whole place needs a MAJOR FACELIFT VERY VERY DISSAPPOINTING STAY.

Property needs an upgrade but it was great value for money given it is on the Mountain. The ability to drive to the door and unload luggage was a bonus. The view was lovely also.

We had a Studio that had a small but full equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable, the deaf extremely friendly and accommodating. The room even had a drying cupboard for damp ski gear. Would stay again

Great Location and easy access
It was our first visit to Falls Creek and the Country Club was perfect for us. The accommodation was well presented, comfortable and clean. All the staff whether at reception, in the restaurant or the housekeeping personnel, where fantastic. The accommodation also has great vehicle access for when arriving and departing which is not always available at other places in the village. The location is at the base of Gully Chair, which makes it easy to get out on the mountain for both non skiers as well as skiers/snowboarders.

Great location to lifts, kids loved the pool and the spa, handy pickup service from rental ski shop meant we didnt have to return gear at the end of the trip which was great. Rooms and building overall need an upgrade, our oven didnt work well and the door was broken, the stove was painfully slow to heat up and the fridge froze our food. Was comfortable and a good size but could use new appliances.

A little too toasty warm for comfort
Room was fine but incredibly hot. We had to open all windows all the time to cool the room enough for comfort. Kids were unable to sleep in their bedroom - we had to drag the mattresses into the living area and open the external windows. Staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. Venue was convenient to The Gully lift. All in all good, but pack light clothes for indoor wear and maybe a fan!

Rooms were quite old and dated. No offer to have bags taken down stairs to rooms. Restaurant not open although almost all other hotels in the resort did..No outside phone calls allowed from rooms for obtaining info or to book services Rigorous room cleaning requirements for clients buying a room in a hotel. The room gave beautiful views of Mountains Afternoon sun into the room was very nice. Some staff were very helpful,others not at all.

Average accomodation Dissapointed as we stayed two nights in the off season On the second day we went down to get some milk as we ran out of complimentary milk from the night before the general store was shut and wouldnt open for another 3 hours We got back to the hotel and asked the guy behind the desk if they refill the milk on a daily basis or if it was possible could we please have some more milk. He laughed and said um do you know where the general store is ? Because thats where you need to go we do not just hand out free milk. The milk i am talking about is the little containers with the peel lids. This place seemed over priced and nobody wanted to help Wont be returning On the other hand we went to a place called the last hoot and that was very good. Great pizza

Nice place, clean crisp air. Hotel itself is ageing and needs to be touched up The room we were given wasn't best for a family with young kids as there were too many steps with potential for falls. The heater itself was another source of accidental burn, should be placed higher so that kids do not accidentally come in contact. Good to have a pool, a tennis court for kids....
