"From the moment we made it to the front desk, the staff was kind and courteous. We spent our honeymoon night at the lodge and it was absolutely amazing. Delicious food, amazing hot tub, and a nice relaxing getaway in the gorge."

"Initial feeling was a below average decor and room feel. Great hot tub. Until the power went out around 1130pm. Then we were woken from our sleep at 130am with staff pounding on the doors and yelling evacuate the building. I opened the door and a staff member told myself and the across the hall neighbor we needed to evacuate. When we asked why she left and said I’ll look into it further. I got dressed and went to the hall where I was greeted by three firemen that stated they received a fire alarm and were checking for gas. I asked if we should leave and they responded we will be done shortly. I went back to my room and waited. Made several calls to the front desk with no response. Power came back on and still no word. Couldn’t find anyone at the front desk or responding to desk calls. Multiple guests looked confused. Waited in my room as the fire trucks left and never was re contacted. Could not get back to sleep until the sun rose then approached the front desk in the morning to get answers and possibly a comp for the evening and the desk worker stated “power was out all over that’s not our problem.” When I explained the yelling for evacuation and no explanation, clerk looked at me like “ what do you want us to do.” I asked for a manager and was told I would receive a call which never came. I will not go back. Over priced and horrible attention to detail."

"Parking sucked we could haedly get my small suv in-between the 2 cars parked there at our cabin, the 2 cabins on either side had prople living in them full time it looked like and both where loud and playing music tell about 3 am .just over all felt sketchy "

"We booked this place for 8 women who have gone on an annual Girls weekend for 38 years running! The kitchen and great room worked well for us to gather, visit, cook and eat together. Plenty of room to spread out. We had a marvelous time. The only confusion for us was exactly how the door lock worked when exiting the property! Most likely user error, but we managed."

"This was perfect for what we had in mind. It was easy, it was comfortable and peaceful, and the host was attentive. They’re some quirky things about the cottage, which is why I gave it a four rather than a five, but it was a lovely place to stay and we would return."
